They play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive season experience for players, families, and coaches by serving as the primary organizational and communication liaison. From coordinating tournament logistics and team events to sending weekly updates on schedules, volunteer needs, and important announcements, Team Managers help keep everyone informed and on the same page. Their efforts behind the scenes allow coaches to focus on player development while helping families navigate the season with confidence and clarity.

Team Managers are required to register as a volunteer with RFYHA, complete SafeSport training each year and a background check every two years.
