RFYHA Coaching Application and Appointment Process

RFYHA has adopted the following coaching and application process.  

Applying:

  • Submit an application by June 30th of the upcoming season
  • All applications will be evaluated by the CPDC
  • Coaching Interviews will be conducted throughout the summer, as appropriate, by 2 or more members of CPDC
  • All CPDC approved candidates are submitted to RFYHA Board of Directors for final approval prior to placement

Coaches!

Thank you for volunteering your time and talent!

Non parent coaches that are rostered and traveling with teams are gifted $2000 for Head Coach position or $1000 for Assistant Coach position.

Non parent coaches and certain other related volunteers are gifted $500
